Product Description: The 5925 tape (0.03 inches thickness) offers a fast and easy permanent bonding solution with high strength and long-term durability. It is made up of a tough acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties, providing a strong double sided foam tape that can bond to a variety of surfaces. This tape can effectively replace mechanical fasteners like rivets, welds, and screws, as well as liquid adhesives. The virtually invisible fastening ensures that surfaces remain smooth, while the bond strength increases over time as the adhesive settles onto the surface. Additionally, it creates a permanent seal against water, moisture, and other elements. For easy removal, simply spray alcohol on the tape before peeling it off. For optimal performance, use the 5925 tape with Realth Adhesion Promoter 94.

Pretreatment Guidelines: To achieve maximum bond strength, it is crucial to clean the surfaces thoroughly with a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. The best results are obtained when the tape is applied within a temperature range of 70° to 100°F (21° to 38°C) and left to dwell for 72 hours. It is not recommended to apply the tape to surfaces below 50°F (10°C).

After applying the tape to objects, allow it to cure for 24 hours before firmly pressing it onto the desired surface. To remove the backing, use a nail or knife to cut a small part of the film, or pinch and stretch a corner of the adhesive until the backing liner lifts from the tape. Follow the provided instructions for optimal performance.
